WARM, GLOSSY, NIGHT

     Far away from the city, away from the noise, polluted air, intimidation, temptation, and musics. I am now standing where the wind singing for me, the rain rhyms melodies for me, bugs grab my temptation and love covers the music in my ear.


    Kuala Selangor is the place called or named. Small town beautiful view so do friendly people or we could say villagers, and the best part is!!!!! We wish we could have a beautiful place lile this atleast I wish when I, grown up maybe this is the place where i could live in.

    Enough of the dreaming girlll!!!! Wake upppp!!!!!...
One day I will if now i stay in a healthy warm, glossy, night style... sweet at all time.. eh for reall??? Ur joking???? Are u kidding meee sweet at all time!!!! Of cozzzzz...

Beat the Time with a Coffee

 Time is not sufficient enough for me to finish all my work!!!... what I should do.. 24/ hours a day devided into 3 main framework of job that need to be done time left were about 8 hours to relax, hobby time, reading, tv, is not enough!!! N ofcourse SLEEP!!!!! ....

I get off the bed, open up the fridge n TADAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!
a cuppp of coffee and the best part its traditionally homemade.. well done!!!! Home coffee with a delicate time..

Welll... the taste of it boost my brain n energy!!!!! Now i felt like i cann lot lot lot mpre work in a day..

But always remember homemade Coffee always the BEST..

Bulu Mata Gugur !!!😰😰😰😰😰😰😰

Orang tua tua kata kalau bulu mata kita gugur sebabnya ada orang rindu. Kalau gugur 1, 2, 3 no problem,
Kalau gugur semuanya????? Dah biaq tebiaqq mata tu???.. ramai betul org rindu..

Btw, motif bulu mata gugur nii aka affection disease noleh berlaku tanpa disedari  kot kot terkena kuman jari tu n then, dgn manjanye mengusap ngusap mata anda yg comel tu kuman pon melekat tertiarap di dlm mata.. seronok dyy oily gitu!!!.. 😂😂😂😂

DO THEY STILL EXIST??!!.


         Swap by time, Swap by day, everyday look just the exact same as previous day and month. I can't no longer understand why other people could maybe perhaps do have a life partner and some don't. As I tried to cope the daily routine, one day I met a guy. IS HE THE ONE???... 

         Why is it matter anyway? Well his a fine guy, good attitudes, smart, kind of complex in ways of thinking, tall, straight hair, funny, always around when people need him except for if it's ultimate ridiculous. But does this claims to be and shows that he is a Good BOYFRIEND? 

         The moment i realize there is no such thing perfect boyfriend as we wanted them to be like according to our list of boyfriend character. NO. They remain who they are as they always be with other person, they do not fake up themselves when they with you nor do things critically just to take other people attention just because HE like to be famous and caught people's eye.

         Good Boyfriend do still exist up till the extent, why would I said that? Because whenever his with me I feel happy, safe, he never wait up to spend time with me in anyhow, he do everything for me as simple as that. Good Boyfriend never tired of his partner nor leave his partner due to uncompatible reasons, he is not a good boyfriend if the relationship unsure and he take advantage of his partner.

         Good boyfriend exist because of the good values of the person itself, it has already drawn a perfect matches for everyone, only for time, place, where and how will happen in such scenario, however, it is a wonderful feeling when we got to know the person we have one of the GOOD BOYFRIEND.

Remember we all are not perfect but we share our weaknesses together to shine our day till the end. P/s Love always.

What is Business Ethics?

            Individuals, groups, family, organization, institutions being practices ethical disciplines since many years ago. It influence the politics, economics, geopolitics and social services, by right it helps to boost an small-medium enterprises held in local or even foreign countries. Confusion might occurs when people difference between "values" and "ethics", to put an end to this perception of ethics could be misleading Values are best confined stable convictions of what is good and bad. Ethics best claim as self concerns of self and others, about the quality of the interaction and goodness of own-self as well others.

 

              However, when we try to defined business ethic in ethical way, the most predicament ways ethics could draw in business performance are:

 1) build and protect the reputation of the business

 2) instill confidence in investors

 3) attract dicerning consumers ( revealing of criticism or
     supporter)

 4) enhance financial performance of the business

              Ethics determined most as the standardization given by the people throughout behaviour. A little touch on History, in Greek, ethics mean "moral" well in Latin, ethics mean "roots or customs" in other words ethics is values held by the society. But was ethics naturally developed in ourselves? Ethics is a normative disciplines it is based on the moral standard that being formulated and applied quality interpretation of what out to be done, what ought not to be done.

             Overall, ethics being an important asset to every corner in this world, daily life I am talking about, nonetheless, misleading action of ethics could bound a civilized organization to worst situation ever, this is when fraud cases, discrimination, nepotism and etc.
